Meet Stephanie
I’m Stephanie Stevens, a Registered Provisional Psychologist and Canadian Certified Counsellor. I work with teens, adults, couples, and seniors navigating trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, grief, burnout, intimacy issues, life transitions, and more. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from trauma-informed, attachment-focused, somatic, and evidence-based approaches to help you better understand what is happening beneath the surface and create change that feels meaningful in everyday life.
Learn more about Stephanie's approachI draw from trauma-informed care, CBT, attachment-focused work, somatic approaches, mindfulness, PACT, and ART to shape therapy around the person in front of me.
Therapy should feel safe enough to talk about the things that are difficult to say out loud, including trauma, relationships, intimacy, anxiety, grief, burnout, and major life changes.
I provide counselling for teens, adults, seniors, and couples, with support available in person in Calgary and online across several Canadian provinces and territories.
The goal is not just insight. I help clients understand patterns, build useful coping and communication skills, and create changes that can hold outside the therapy room.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, grief, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a place to slow down, understand what’s happening, and decide what comes next.
